• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We aim to be very flexible rescheduling due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. There is a $200 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-show appointments are also subject to a $200 cancellation fee. “No-show” is considered 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time.

    Scheduling: Appointment scheduling can be made via online submission. We will do our best to determine the best time of day in regards to weather however ensuring favorable conditions at the scheduled time is ultimately the responsibility of the Client. LightCrest Photography reserves the right to change, modify, or move your appointment based on logistics in order to best serve our large network of clients. We will give you proper notice in the form of a phone call, text, and email to reach out to you in the instance this does happen.

    Travel and Parking Charges: Our intentions are to not have to charge for mileage as we do not believe in nickel and diming our clients, though once an appointment reaches 30 miles of round trip travel, we will start to charge at a rate of $100 per hour in addition to the appointment total. Travel is calculated from where our photographers are coming from. We do our best to schedule our photographers in the most efficient manner so that they are driving as little as possible so you avoid incurring unnecessary travel fees. If we must pay for parking, our employees will always seek out the most inexpensive option. We will bill clients directly for any parking charges that are associated with the project.

    Payments: All payments must be made in full before delivery of marketing assets. The 24 hour turnaround time starts when the invoice has been paid in full. Only you can delay the process of receiving your files.

    Filming/Photography: LightCrest Photography has full creative liberty of choosing the best compositions, which rooms, and how many photos each room should get unless otherwise requested in advance. If you need additional photos including an angle change, we will bill accordingly for a second visit to the property.

    Liability and Insurance: LightCrest Photography is covered under a general business liability policy that can be provided upon request or written for a specific job, client, or agency. Drone operators are licensed with the FAA. LightCrest Photography employees may use their discretion if a job is deemed unsafe due to weather conditions, proximity to airports, or other circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse video/photo service for any reason.

    Property Readiness: Please ensure the property is ‘shoot-ready’ upon the arrival of our photographers. You will have received the “pre-shoot checklist” with a confirmation of your appointment. This means you communicate with your property owners and arrive 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to turn on lights, declutter, remove cars from the driveway, etc. For a busy real estate production crew, there is nothing worse than trying to film/photograph a property that is not ready. LightCrest Photography is not responsible for moving, changing, or altering objects. Our creative specialists will make minor adjustments based on their discretion however, we are not furniture movers, home stagers, house cleaners, and homes are expected to be shoot ready upon our arrival. LightCrest Photography employees are not responsible for cleaning and the property will be shot “AS-IS”. LightCrest Photography is not responsible for locking doors, windows, or other access points, turning off lights, or fireplaces prior to our departure and liability.

    Return Charges: Should a reshoot be required due to, but not limited to, the property not being ready, weather not being how you’d like it, changes to the decor, or additional photos/videos beyond the scope of the original work, a fee of $150 will be applied. LightCrest Photography reserves the right to charge this fee at its discretion.

    Asset Delivery: We strive to deliver photography within 24 hours of the appointment time and Real Estate video production within two (2) – five (5) business days. All deliverables from LightCrest Photography will be delivered in the form of a secure dashboard link which will be emailed and texted to the contact information we have on file upon delivery.

    Floor Plans: Floor plans are approximated, and square footage is estimated. LightCrest Photography does not guarantee exact measurements of square footage when producing floor plans and floor plans measurements. All measurements are approximated and should be used as an overview, not an exact measuring tool. Floor plans from LightCrest Photography are purely for artistic sketches of the home’s layout. LightCrest Photography does not guarantee accuracy as the tools we use are third parties, and we can only guarantee quality and complete floor plans with our floor plan services.

    Refunds: There are no refunds. All sales are final, and LightCrest Photography does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Any cancelled appointments that are paid are eligible to receive a credit on your LightCrest Photography account.

    Photography Revisions: An editing fee is included in our pricing, this is considered standard retouching. Any photoshop editing will be charged $10 per photo.

    Video Revisions: Videos sent are final versions meaning that the revisions are not accepted unless we have made a mistake of any type. Music choices are final. Any changes made after the final video has been sent will be subject to charge at our rate of $60 per hour.

    Asset Rights and License: All photos and videos and rights relating to them, including copyrights and ownership rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of LightCrest Photography. This license provides you, the Client, with the limited right to publicly display and distribute the photos and videos only for promotional advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property. All photos and videos taken are a single-use license, meaning they are not to be duplicated, edited, transformed, changed, or manipulated. These photos and videos are not to be sold to any 3rd party without consent from LightCrest Photography.
